December
14th - Star Bright, for piano and an ensemble of 12 players, is performed by Eastman Musica Nova led by Brad Lubman. Premiere performance.

November
23rd - Concerto for Viola and Percussion, with viola soloist John Graham and the University of South Florida Percussion Ensemble led by Robert McCormick. There is a concert performance and recording of the work for Capstone Records.

August
Star Light, for solo piano, will be performed as required repertory for the Chautauqua Music Festival XIV Piano Competition. The music was commissioned for this event by the Chautauqua Music Festival.

May
15th - Duo, for flute and clarinet, was performed in Kilbourn Hall of the Eastman School of Music by flutist Bonita Boyd and clarinetist Adrian Sandi. This was followed by four additional performances as part of a 12-day tour of China, in the cities Guangzhou, Xi'an, Shenyang, and Beijing.

14th and 13th - Piano Quintet was performed by the Open House Ensemble at the Red House in Syacuse and at the Tenri Center in New York.

April
26th and 25th - Piano Roll Blues was performed as part of the Piano by Nature series in the Adirondack Park, Elizabethtown, New York.

March
30th - Folgore's Months, a setting of four songs for soprano and wind ensemble, was presented by soprano Tony Arnold and the Eastman Wind Ensemble with conductor Mark Scatterday, in Kilbourn Hall of the Eastman School of Music. Premiere performance.

28th - Songs for Persephone, for soprano, flute, and guitar, was performed by Kathryn Lewek, soprano, and the Boyd/Goluses Duo in Kilbourn Hall, Eastman School of Music.

Commedia, for clarinet, violin, and piano, was given four performances by the Verdehr Trio. The concerts were March 1st at the Kosciuszko Foundation in New York, March 4th at Ithaca College, March 6th in Kilbourn Hall of the Eastman School of Music, and March 8th at the Phillips Collection in Washington.

February
20th - The Trees Have Spirits, for solo bass, performed by Scott Worthington, and Starpoints, for solo violin, performed by Anyango Yarbo-Davenport, were presented by Ossia New Music in Syracuse.

19th - Sonata for Cello and Piano was performed by cellist Steven Doane and pianist Barry Snyder at Kilbourn Hall, presented by Ossia New Music.

4th - Trio for Viola, Percussion, and Piano was played by violist George Taylor, percussionist Jim Tiller, and pianist Gregory Millar at Kilbourn Hall, Eastman School of Music. Premiere performance.

January
25th - Piano Quintet was performed by the Finger Lakes Chamber Ensemble as part of the Chamber Music Rochester season.

27th - Piano Quintet was performed by the Center for New Music at the University of Iowa.

August
Four performances of Ice Flowers, for violin and koto, were given in Denmark by vio-LINK-oto (Pia Liptak, violin, and Ryuko Mizutani, koto), on these dates:

June
1st - Poppies, for string trio, was played as part of the First Muse Chamber Series by violinist Juliana Athayde, violist Melissa Matson, and cellist John Haines-Eitzan, Rochester.

May
1st - In Praise of Stubborn Sounds, for mixed ensemble and in celebration of Elliott Carter's 100th birthday, was performed in Kilbourn Hall of the Eastman School of Music by Brad Lubman conducting the Musica Nova Ensemble.

March
29th - Sonata for Cello and Piano, was performed by cellist Steven Doane and pianist Barry Snyder in Kilbourn Hall of the Eastman School of Music. Premiere performance.
